1. You tell us what happened

The free case evaluation takes about two minutes: when and where the crash happened, whether you were injured, and how to reach you.

2. We match your inquiry

Your information is shared with an independent attorney (or the legal marketing network that works with attorneys) handling truck accident cases in your state. This is how the site is funded — we may be compensated for that connection, and we tell you so plainly rather than burying it.

3. An attorney contacts you

Usually within 24–48 hours, for a free consultation. They'll ask about the crash, your injuries, and your treatment, and give you their assessment.

4. You decide

Hire them, talk to someone else, or do nothing. There is no fee to you and no obligation at any point. If you do hire an attorney, truck accident cases are almost always handled on contingency — the attorney is paid a percentage of any recovery, and nothing if there's no recovery.
